On April 29, 2020 Edward Swinnich has successfully defended his PhD thesis “Heterogeneous Integration of Beta-Gallium Oxide and Diamond for High Power and Ultraviolet Electronic Applications”. His thesis committee members were Prof. Jung-Hun Seo, Prof. Quanxi Jia and Prof. Baishakhi Mazumder. Edward will start his next chapter in Globalfoundry (Fishkill, NY). Congratulations, Edward!
