On March 6, 2020, Nazmul gave his research proposal presentation: "Heterogeneous Integration of Semiconductor Materials and Flexible b-Ga2O3" His committee members were Prof. Jung-Hun Seo, Prof. Quanxi Jia and Prof. Prathima Nalam.

On March 8, 2020, Yixiong gave his research proposal presentation: "Investigation of Optical and Thermal Properties of β-Ga2O3" His committee members were Prof. Jung-Hun Seo, Prof. Quanxi Jia and Prof. Baishakhi Mazumder.

One more year to the final defense! Yay!
