Two Junyu's papers are published, one in Journal of Material Chemistry C (IF=7.1), and Electronics Letters (IF=1.3)

His JMCC paper describes the first demonstration of b-Ga2O3 Schottky diode flexible photodetector. This work will be featured as a cover page.

And, the second EL paper describes the IC chip transformation process to make the foundry fabricated IC chip into a flexible chip.
