Junyu has successfully defended his PhD thesis. Congratulations!

On May 12, 2022 Junyu Lai has successfully defended his PhD thesis “Investigation of Transport Properties in b- Ga2O3 Nanomembranes under Mechanical Strain”. His thesis committee members were Prof. Jung-Hun Seo, Prof. Quanxi Jia and Prof. Baishakhi Mazumder. Junyu will join Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) as a postdoc. Congratulations, Junyu!
